Fung infection on penis

I had this fungal infection on my penis( redness on the skin and head)  around a month ago and I was told it was candidiasis. I started taking some medicines like allegra and flucanozole tablets and applying Kz cream and HH Zole. It has been a month but the infection still seems to persist. I am afraid if its something else or the medications need to be changed. Need to consult someone. Kindly help.
