I just wanted to know how to find out that my testicles are functioning properly. Are there any signs which would mean all is well. I read an article which said sometimes your semen wouldn't carry sperm due to some blockage in testicles. At present, I am healthy with no pain or swelling and my testicles are in good shape. I do get wet dreams some times. I have no problem with erection. Some 15 years back it had a bacterial infection on my balls which was attended immediately and  antibiotics were prescribed for a week.i am just worried if it would affect me in my reproduction process.
