Can the above surgery be done as a Day Surgery and is there much blood loss. Also is there any medication that can be provided to prevent PONV?
Sir you need to get operated by a good ENT surgeon like Dr Satish Jain in Jaipur or Dr Narayin Janakiram in Trichy. You need a good pre op preparation 1 week before and there will be minimal blood loss and can be done as a day care surgery. As far as PONV is concerned its not a major issue there are many drugs now to prevent it.
