Full body Itching

I am pregnant for around 8 months. Have been having itching sensation all over the body since 3 days. Am advised dominate prior to anything in mrng and evening which I usually forget. However today mrng I had dominate without fail and itching sensation was nt there whole day, however now am having it and causing sleep disturbance. Can I have dominate now ... or anything else. Please advice.
