Full Body Check up in pregnancy

Can we do full body check up (general blood tests only like CBC, Thyroid, Lipid, Sugar, LFT, KFT ) during pregnancy (6 months). Is there any harm ?

There is no harm in getting these tests done.But keep in mind pregnancy alters some tests and the results have to be interpreted likewise.
