Have frozen shoulder since 4 months.. Been a diabetic for 3 years now. Have undergone mobilization under anaesthesia. Doc has recommended physiotherapy. However, its too painful and I opted out of it. Been doing some exercises at home. However, the pain continues. At times I take a pain killer like nyse. wht to do?
