Penis gives out a frothy white discharge continuously for last 4 days. No pain or burning sensation during discharge. Diet hasnt changed, doesnt sleep enough due to night shift though. Is under emotional stress. My counsel is shy and hesitant to consult a doctor. He is 32 years old and a vegetarian. Consumes alcohol occasionally. He hasn't had active sex for the last 6 months. He was involved in a car accident last week though but was unharmed. Kindly advice.
