My grandmother's front teeth is moving a little bit and paining. What can be done in this case? Can any antibiotics and painkillers be given?

You can give her pain killers if she has pain if she doesnt have any systemic issues. If it's very mobile, it can come off loose and be aspirated too. It's best to show her to a dentist and get it removed or treated depending on the degree of mobility.
