Front neck pain (spark like pain)

Hello sir/ma'am My front right neck not completely towards the right side but beside the thyroid has these small sensations of pain that comes and goes. I feared and did some carotid artery test which the doctor said is normal. The pain is not constant, it comes and goes like a spark. And mostly in the same place and same pattern. I'm so worried. The images I attached is the exact location
