The description of your teeth alignment problem shows that you have protruded front teeth. To correct this, you will require fixed braces. Whether you will need removal of premolars will depend on the space availability in the dental arch. The orthodontic treatment time will be between 12 and 18 months.
Next Steps
pl visit a qualified orthodontist
Health Tips
don't go for short term quickfixes, that will ruin your teeth.

There's too many questions that you have. All have only 1 solution..braces. And for that any sort of information given is of no use till we see you in consultation. Each patient is different and each doctor will have his or her style of treatment customised for that patient. So pls visit your orthodontist and take an opinion. Commonly premolar teeth are extracted not molars.
