Hello. Is this a recurrent thing or is acute in onset, means happening since last 2 weeks only ? Is he passing stools after suppository or not ? This could be functional constipation but other pathologies/complications to be ruled out. You should visit a nearby pediatrician for thorough history and clinical examination. X ray abdomen, TSH, dietary history, any history of bleeding PR should be ruled out.
