Frequent UTI in Pregnancy

Hello Doctors, I am 28 weeks pregnant, I had uti in last month which was treated with medicines by my gynaecologist, Urine culture was also done which was normal. This month in Urine Routine again UTI is detected. What could be reasons of recurring UtI? What can be done to prevent it further from my end? Can we use intimate wash in pregnancy?
