She is frequently urinating and her water intake is also  high. Anything to worry .she is normal sometimes as well. Kindly Advice.

Frequent urination is seen in monsoon or winter season normally.The abnormal thing here is urgency dribbling of urine if present indicates Urinary tract infection. Commonly seen in female children.
Next Steps
Should not allow to wipe motion from back to front to prevent vaginal contamination.
