Respected sir and mam I am suffering from frequent urination from last 9 yr whenever I go outside I have to come again for urination.things goes worst while boarding train and facing upsc interview...even using toilet going in my mind I use loo 8 to 10 time daily someone say me u have weak liver so use Himalaya Liv 500 ...so I want to know the real cause and treatment.

Please go and see a Urologist. Looks like symptoms of an over active bladder. Avoid excess fluid intake in one go. Avoid caffeine containing items, avoid spicy food. No alcohol or Nicotine.
