I have been urinating frequently, whether I drink lots of water or not. Am concerns because I recently read an article about diabetes and frequent urinating was listed as one of the symptoms. Although I once asked a doctor and he said it is because I don't sweat, and water couldn't escape from sweating, they found their way out through urine

Better get your fasting sugar done. If normal and you are passing significantly large quantity of urine, Diabetes Insipidus needs to be ruled out.
