Good morning ma’am . Please get Urine examination for Microscopic examination for pus cells to rule out UTI and also blood Sugar to rule out Diabetes. Get a Pap smear test done to rule out Vaginitis. Start with broad spectrum antibiotics and consult a gynaecologist with reports .
