Hi. I have a generally dull abdominal pain and i urinate frequently. I feel that my bladder is not completely empty when I urinate and I also feel a sticking feeling in the head of my penis. I also have several small lumps in my right scrotal sac. I feel sick when I get out of bed and always tired
