Freq urination for every 30 mins i took antibiotic for uti but it did not respond well ..no irritation while urinating but feel some lite pain in my lower back at times.is it a uti or something else

Get a urine culture done to check for any infection. It will tell if any bacteria present or not. If positive appropriate antibiotics can be taken. Other possibility is overactive bladder which some females have which can be controlled with medication.
