Getting synus pain at in between eye brows and sneezing also headache. It happens often. Steaming helps for short periods.

Sneezing is a symptom of allergy. Pain and headache usually occurs when there is a accompanied sinusitis.. That is why the pain and symptoms reduce with steam.. It is very important to continue taking steam.. If you experience any blockage then using drops before taking steam will make it more effective
