I have to go to toilet for urine every 25 minute. What can be possible reasons of this? What medicine should I take to treat this symptom. Thanks in advance.

This might be because of urine infection. Need to do Urine r/m, urine c/s and USG KUB with PVR. After reviewing results further treatment will be advised.
