My 18 month old is pooping suddenly 4-5 times a day since three days but poop is normal yellow and soft , not loose motion he is generally well active , playing and eating also well, just sometimes little bit irritated he is not even drinking cow milk, he is still on formula plus solid food. On the starting of this month he was admitted for dehydration from loose motion and vomiting but after 10 days he again becomes normal so is it because he is teething?
