Hello, I am suffering from Sinus for the past 20 years and tried all things doctors have been saying including Rhinoplasty surgery but in vein it is still there. Of late when this cold is present controlling Urine is also very challenging. What is the current line of treatment. I take Telekast-F when cold is unbearable. Please advise
