I having frequent mouth ulcer problems from last 8 months. I get them often every 2-3 weeks. Any suggestions would be helpful 🙂

Levels of vitamin b 12 must b known. Adequate sleep is required. Drink plenty of water. Ur health is main concern. U can have ol consultation. With regards
