Ultrasound done two years ago. It was normal but he has this issue. Also, it happens  in evening and he then tries to sleep and feels fine in the morning but stomach remain sensitive for couple of days there after.

This looks like a functional dyspepsia or possible food intolerance like lactose or fat intolerance, especially since symptoms occur after cheese or fried foods. Avoid trigger foods for now and keep meals light. A proper plan can help control this completely. I can guide you in detail feel free to book a consultation with me.

Fried foods and cheese are meant to induce inflammation in the body which can trigger gastritis. However need to have history regarding number of times of stool passing per day , colour of stools and abdominal pain.
Next Steps
would recommend an online consultation so that I can suggest few diet tips, lifestyle modification and necessary medications
