Headache can be due to numerous reasons like migraine,unresolved sinus infection, allergies, inner ear infection or defect,tension, lack of sleep, eye issues like refractive errors etc....Do breathing excercise for 15-20 mins and meditation to develop stamina..With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..Consult nearest neuro physician they will do the needful.
