Frequent fever with continuous cough

Hello Doctors, My 7 year old daughter is suffering from continuous cough and cold from past 3 years and the problem is gradually increasing. And now from past 6 months she also started to get  fever every 25 to 30 days and it doesn't go down very quickly. Many times it lasts upto 4 days. Visited many doctors including ENT. We also got the adenoid x ray done and as per the reports she has grade 2 adenoids. Can adenoids be the reson for frequent fever also along with cough and cold?

Better consult both ent and  paeds pulmonologist. Need proper evaluation to rule out chest conditions. Adenoids can cause chronic cough and cold though frequent fever is unlikely due to adenoids.Recurrent  tonsillitis also needs to be ruled out.
