My mother is undergoing frequent fever for last 1 year .. it recurs after every 3 months the hectic activities triggers it ... what tests shall she undergo ?

Is there any other symptom along with fever as faver can be due to many reasons. So for now u cn go for Monteux test ,CBC,LFT,KFT....and fever is common in appendicitis too.IF her above reports come out to be normal she can also undergo usg abdomen. Thanks
