Since last 10 days, i've been having dry cough without any fever, cold or running nose... Can it be TB? Also my stomach is making so much noises and sound of liquidity

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Dry cough since 10 days is very insufficient history. Any history of weight loss? Any history or loss of appetite? There are a lot of causes for cough.
