Right mam, same thing happen with me as you say it's allergic rhinitis, but what thing should I avoid??? Should I take medicine for this ???

Consult Now
You need to avoid dust, smoke and any tadka  in home or out side. You can use mask and avoid these things. Also do allergic test to find the root allergic cause.
