I would suggest you to start meditation twice a day for 15mins per session. This will help you keep calm and focus on the important things. Try googling "breathing exercises for anxiety" and practice them as soon as you start to feel angry and or negative. This will also help you focus on the important things and simultaneously the issue of concentration would be solved. And since all of this is happening at once, you must be stressed out which is leading you to Burst out, which again is not an issue.
