Frenuloplasty or Circumcision

I have a tight frenulum and when my penis is fully erect its hard to pull back my foreskin but I can still pull it back

If frenulum is short or tight, you need frenulectomy. If foreskin is also tight you might require circumcision also. Contact a competent surgeon or a urologist
