I have attached my USG report and image. Hello sir please tell me is it serious? Having fluid in pod. My Gallstone surgery has been completed on 3rd October. And I did USG yesterday.

It can be normal, at the time of ovulation. It may suggest pelvic infection. It may also be due to recent surgery. Interpretation is in the light of history and symptoms.
