I suffer from frequent cold and I have dust allergy. I take precautions like using of mask, cleanness, plenty of water etc But it is frequent. Now when I suffer I start having tonsils,gum swelling also.

It seems that you are having allergic rhinitis. Do the House dust mite allergy test in good laboratory.
Health Tips

Start eating chyawanprash to increase the immunity. Avoid exposure to v hot or v cold air. Take steam with plain salt water. After this you can try taking nasyam sessions. Will help.
