Does this need to be set? Is the bones dislocated? Doctor didn't do anything just gave me calcium tablets and an ankle binder ...what else can I do to heal faster? Xray reports images are attached... It's the second toe...

You can get your 2nd toe strapped to your great toe(preferred) or at max get it operated with a k-wire fixation if you want it. This is a oblique fracture of proximal phalanx with minimal displacement. Nevertheless it need rigid immobilisation for 4 weeks.
