It's been 6 week post fracture surgery , but I still have swelling . And doctors suggestion is to continue with the pins for 3 more weeks. How do I ensure quick healing. How soon I can achieve full motion.

Looks osteoporotic , union in distal ulna not appreciable,can wait 2 wks ., can start cissus quadrangularis daily dose and Calcim vit d3 and b12
