I fractured my left clavicle on November 20th, and now its been a little over 6 weeks. The doctor said I could return lifting after 6-8 weeks. Do you know what exercises I could do so far to strengthen my muscles. I feel verry little to no pain at all and I have 10 pound dumbells if thats allowed.
