Can any doctor suggest me by checking reports, it is fracture or not as today is Sunday no orthopaedic is available..as one doctor suggested for an operation..please suggest

There is fracture of the lower end of radius. It does not need surgery. Closed reduction & plaster cast for 6 to 8 wks.is needed.
