Sir my 2 year ward got fracture tibia. Having some skin problem in there in leg. We dnt want to go for operation. Plz guide us

If it is a normal fracture then it can treated with just placing a plaster. Apply aloevera gel and Vaseline to the skin

Is he able to walk or movie his leg? If not means go Ortho doctor and if he able to put plaster cast and some rest and then decide for surgery....
