Fracture in right elbow

Fall down in Dec month and has injury in right hand & elbow. Initially applied homely treatment for some time and tried doing exercises etc. but in March DR applied plaster which was removed in April 1st week. thereafter doctor advised to do regular exercise which I have been doing till now. now i can not make it straight and dr advised operation
