Fracture in 4&5 metacarpal shaft

My age is 59, I had a fracture on metacarpal shaft of my 4&5 finger and had a surgery and installed pin in that and pin not removed yet.. It had been three months but no progress in bone healing... Please guide me

3 months no healing suggests problem. Fracture should ahve been healed up by now. Pins are kept maximum for 6 weeks. Beyond which chances of infection increases.
