Hello Though the image is not very clear, there is a doubtful hairline crack in the distal radius. Where exactly is the pain and swelling? And history of fall or trauma? As the xray is 5 days old, what has been done till now?

Left side or right? But the Xray is only of the left wrist…as a big L is printed on the film. Though the pic of the film isn’t very clear but there’s a small crack over the lower end of the radius. It will require to be protected with a cast for 3-4 weeks. Trust your doctor who has told you to put the cast on. Please go back and get it done.
