If not wound and Distal neurovascular status intact, buddy strapping with below knee slab is advisable

Limb elevation, Active/Passive finger/Toe movements. • Intermittent ice pack application. • Rest/Non-weight-bearing mobilization till further advice. • Watch for increased Swelling/Excessive pain/Toe or Finger discoloration/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately. • In case of allergic reactions to medicine, Immediately stop all medications and visit the nearest hospital.
