Foul smell burp

My kid 4 yrs is burping with foul smell on and off. Few days he was passing smelly gas along fever and irregular nowel movements After antibiotics course and fever medicine he was alright. Now this foul smelling burp again after few days . What could be the reason for this recurrence

Dear it’s probably due to indigestion Kindly include probiotics in his diet like curd or buttermilk as well as fruits
