Sir I m suffering from erectile dysfunction n premature ejaculation for 5years n I have been dioganised diabetes for two years and I m on medication for that also my ldl n tryglycirides is above the limit n suffering from slip disc also.I forgot everything very soon what should I do Sir I often forget the things and I m impulsive feeling stressed n fearful
