The foreskin is sticking to the head when I try to pull it back.. It pains very Lil sometimes.. And itchy sometimes.. Der is white layer kind on the head and underneath the circle of the head Der is some kind of white thing.. Pls help me.. Wat should I do to get it to regular self.. Thank you
