Hi, tight foreskin issue can be solved by manual or surgical measures, u have tried pulling it back since last 1-2 years but still there is no much improvement in it. Thus will advise you to visit doctor near you to help you out or consult me online. Doctor will able to guide you what you can do to find result or lastly u can go for surgical measures.
