Hi Doctor, My foreskin in the penis is not coming back when I try. I am married and while having sex my sperm is coming out but I don't know whether it is going inside my wife properly or not. As I have foreskin on my penis I doubt I can make my wife pregnant or not. I have seen the exceess sperm coming out from my wife after having sex. Please let me know can I make my wife pregnant with my foreskin. Is the surgery is required to get it cute or will it make problem later or what I have to do. Please suggest me with this.. Your help in this is very much appreciated..
