Foreskin not cover penis

I had sexual intercourse with my wife when my foreskin came far down the penis head. Now my foreskin is still back and not going up. Is this a serious issue, can u suggest some medicine to cure this.

Hello there. Is there pain and swelling? I suggest you consult a general surgeon ASAP to see everything is fine because sometimes it can cause block in the Blood supply. See a doctor ASAP. Regards
