I am suffering with foreskin infection and itching. On foreskin I noticed small water droplets type bubbles, it is very irritating. 2 weeks back I suffered with same problem and I used Herpex-5 ointment and it got cured. Now after 1 week I got again. Can anyone please suggest what medicines I need to use. Thanks in advance

This is genital herpes which is a sexually transmitted infection. It is life long infection and has no cure. But It  can be  treated with oral antiviral medicines.
