My problem is that my foreskin does not slip back and it pains when I try to slip it back.I have heard about circumcision but i am still in my teens and very shy to discuss it with my parents fearing that my parents will know about my masturbation.Please do help.

Just try to slip back the foreskin during the flaccid state, if it slips then it's normal with good lubrication you will able to retract it, but even in the flaccid state if you can't retract then the condition is Phimosis this condition required circumcision.

dis problem is nothing to do wth mastrubation  If ur foreskin is so tight u pls consult surgeon n treat it as earliest dnt b  shy in dis matter
